  • I want to know how to lose weight fast

    So you’re probably wondering how come I’m talking about losing weight fast. Here’s the story: last week I found myself in a position to climb once of those steep wheelchair ramps, and it did not end well. By the time I reached the top, I was sweating profusely, coughing, my face was red, and I was in bad shape. I had to get myself into the bathroom, splashed some cool water on my cheeks, and gazed up into the mirror, and then it hit me: I need to lose weight. Fast.

    In some ways, I actually feel like I’m becoming my dad. He was an enormously obese man, with a warm sense of humor and a devout, pragmatic outlook on life. But man, he was big. And nowadays I’m growing large as well. Now don’t get me wrong, I love my dad, but I really really really would like to avoid getting to 350 pounds. Because once you reach a weight like that, there’s not really any way of going back.

    So I’ve reading up on how to lose weight fat. My wife has agreed to do this with me, saying that she is also interested in losing weight, which will no doubt make it quite a bit easier to stay with whatever diet plan we end up using. There’s an awful lot of weight loss success stories out there.

    I’ll keep you guys up to date on how good the weight loss plan turns out for us. I realize weight loss will be difficult, but it’s now or never as far as I can tell, so I’ll be trying hard to figure out how to lose weight fast.
